Bayer 04 Players with their national teams(17/11/2010)

René Adler played 90 minutes with Germany against an defensive Sweden that created no danger in front of his goal. Patrick Helmes remained on the bench and will return without injury to Leverkusen. Arturo Vidal scored the second goal for Chile in the 2-0 win against Uruguay. Switzerland with Tranquillo Barnetta drew 2-2 against Ukraine. The Croatians won 3-0 in their Euro qualifier with Domagoj Vida only as spectator.

In the Under-21, Burak Kaplan’s Turkey lost 1-2 against Italy. The young midfielder played 60 minutes till he was substituted. Nicolai Jørgensen and Fabian Giefer got to play the whole distance with Denmark’s Under-21 and Germany’s Under-20 respectively.

    If you have more information on Vida, please post it here. He is normally an U-21 player no? He got called up last year also for 2 friendlies with the full national team. Does he have now the chance to establish himself there? It’s his first nomination for an official game for the full national team! What does the national coach say? Is someone important injured?

    Karlo you can write in German, I will translate if necessary 😉
